Aces Excel at Silvers Swim Meet
Swimming is a great sport for children and young adults and the Aces, Mount Kisco’s Saw Mill Club’s swim team, is a competitive swim program for athletes ages 6–18. The competitive swim season begins mid-September and continues through mid-March. The Aces coaches work with the swimmers on stroke drills, starts and turns, and racing technique.
Recently, the ACES competed at the Metropolitan Swimming Silver Championships and had many swimmers finish near the top of their age groups and, most important for young swimmers, improved personal times.
