New York State Police Arrest Man for DWI in Mount Kisco

As reported by The Journal News (see link), the New York State Police charged a driver with Driving While Intoxicated in Mount Kisco:

Lawrence Paquin, 43, of Glen Falls was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08 percent, felonies, after a trooper stopped him on Preston Way in Mount Kisco around 1 a.m., police said. The charges were elevated to felonies due to a previous DWI conviction within the past 10 years, police said. He was held for arraignment.
