Mt. Kisco Maroons Excel as they Learn Football Skills

The Mount Kisco Maroons are in the middle of another successful year. Stanley Greene is head coach of the Maroons with expert assistance form Mike McLoughlin is the assistant.

While the Fox Lane Foxes were winning the Homecoming Game last week, the Maroons cheered on the Foxes and did pushups equal to the amount of points scored by the Foxes. The Maroons then went out the next day and defeated Shrub Oak by a score of 32-0.

While they are called the Mount Kisco Maroons and play their home games at Leonard Park, many of the players come from Bedford Village, Bedford Hills and Pound Ridge. Last week, however, supported by the blocking of the line, Mount Kisco residents Colin Campbell and Daniel Watson scored two touchdowns with Matt Grippi scoring the last touchdown.

The next Maroons game is on Sunday, October 17 at 11:00 am.
