New York State DOT Removes Sign for Morreale and Farber

The New York State Department of Transportaion removed a 32-square foot sign placed on public property in the middle of a traffic island by the Mount Kisco Democratic Committee.  The sign for candidates Morreale and Farber was removed after inspection by the DOT.  While there are many political signs at this location, the DOT removed this billboard-size sign, presumably because it was a traffic hazard.

The Mount Kisco Democratic Committee also placed a sign on a property with charges pending in Mount Kisco Town Court.  It is unknown if Mr. Morreale or Ms. Farber do not know about the potential conflict of interest or do not care about the potential conflict of interest.
