New Mount Kisco Village Board Holds First Meeting

The Mount Kisco Village Board held its first meeting of the administrative year with two new members and a new Deputy Mayor. Jean Farber and Joseph Morreale served as trustees for their first meeting after their election in November. The new members join Mayor Michael Cindrich, Tony Markus and George Griffin. George Griffin also served his first meeting as Deputy Mayor. The change in membership on the Village Board has made it a very senior board with four of the five members 62 years old or older. Change, however, can be good for an organization and hopefully the board can tackle some of the long-standing problems that have existed for many years.
